Further, the company develops, designs, and fabricates industrial furnaces and equipment. It serves cruise and land-based industries. The company has a strategic partnership agreement with Repsol, S.A. The company was formerly known as Scanship Holding ASA and changed its name to VOW ASA in January 2020. Vow ASA was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
